Call for Papers - ICFEST 2025

ICFEST 2025 invites research manuscripts and articles from prospective research scholars, academicians, scientists, graduate students, and industry professionals. Authors are encouraged to submit their full-length manuscripts through the Microsoft CMT editorial system (submission link provided below). Upon submission, each manuscript will be assigned a unique paper ID.

Submissions must present original research ideas, developmental work, analyses, findings, or results. Manuscripts should not have been previously published in any journal, magazine, or conference proceedings, nor should they be under review elsewhere.

Submission Guidelines:

  • The manuscript must include the name, email ID, and affiliations of all authors, clearly indicating the corresponding author.
  • Incomplete submissions will be rejected during the initial screening process.
  • Manuscripts will be screened for conference scope, originality, and similarity.

Review Process:

  • ICFEST 2025 employs a double-blind review process. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two independent peer reviewers.
  • Authors will be notified of the review outcome, and if revisions are required, they must submit the revised manuscript within 15 days of receiving the revision notification.
  • Only manuscripts revised in line with reviewer feedback will be accepted and invited for presentation at the conference.
